For Yachatz we learned about breaking things in half. If each half is exactly the same size, then that is called "symmetrical." With matzah, usually one half is bigger than the other, and that bigger half becomes the afikoman. For fun, we showed the students Picasso portraits on line. Then we cut a photo of each child in half, and asked them to draw the other half symmetrically. Our artists are shining!
